I have spent much of my life solving problems, asking questions, and learning not to accept the first answer just because it is the loudest one.

That carries into my writing.

I write about people under pressure. Fear is real. Loyalty costs something. Choices have consequences. Sometimes the story moves through espionage, technology, and governments trying to control things they do not fully understand. Other stories move more directly into faith, courage, purpose, and what happens when what you believe is tested by real life.

I do not think a good story should tell you what to think.

It should give you people worth following, put them in situations that cost them something, and leave you with something to think about when the book is closed.

The stories are different.

The questions beneath them are not.
